Short version: the enquiry form collects only what it asks for, it goes to Sapna and nowhere else, and it is never sold or shared.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and whatever you write in the message — plus your city and the type of space, if you choose to add them. That's every field the form has. We don't collect anything you don't type in.

Where it goes

Submitting the form sends your details straight to a private Google Sheet that only Sapna and Leo can open, and triggers one email notification to kathastudioteam@gmail.com so your enquiry doesn't sit unread. We ask for a number so we can reply the way most people in India actually prefer — a call or a WhatsApp message. We use it only to answer you; you will never be added to a broadcast list. Nothing is passed to an ad network, a mailing-list tool, or any other third party.

What we don't do

This site loads nothing from a third-party domain and runs no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind — every font, script and image is served from katha's own site. We don't sell your details, add you to a marketing list without asking first, or keep your enquiry for longer than the working relationship (or the decision not to have one) needs.
